Spring Roadshows 2011

Spring Roadshows - Webcast, Podcasts and Notes
Throughout April we took our Corporate Plan on the road presenting to over 700 people in Inverness, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Dunkeld and New Galloway and at final events at our Edinburgh office in Waverley Gate.
Due to the high demand for tickets for these events we decided to make the Edinburgh roadshow on 27 April available to everyone via a live webcast. Watch a recording of the webcast.
We have also published podcasts and written notes from the other events around Scotland below.

Feedback from the tour so far…..
‘It was very well organised and the Corporate Plan book reflects the information well.’
‘Very impressed with the direction it's heading in, open and straight forward.’
‘I found the presentation by Andrew Dixon very informative and engaging. It demonstrated that there are exciting times ahead in the film and cultural sectors in Scotland and as a result has enthused me personally and professionally and I feel it created a buzz and enthusiasm about possible new ways of working.’
‘There's a great deal of excellent thinking here and I look forward to working with Creative Scotland and other partners. In spite of future public funding uncertainties we have much to be optimistic about: changing circumstances create new opportunities.’
‘Really liked the webstream aspect and alternating between audience and internet audience questions. Andrew Dixon's presentation was very clear and informative, and transparent re budgets and staffing etc. Showcasing of musicians from Live Music Now a stylish, and appropriate, touch.’
